Donate to the Auction
Each year we receive a variety of great items for the auction. Items DO NOT have to be sports related. Some of the best-selling items from previous auctions are listed below. Use your imagination!
Here is what you need to do:
1. Procure your donations and either register them online or send the procurement form (see link below) to your Team Representative as soon as you have it filled out. Procurement forms are due no later than January 25, 2012.
2. If your donation will fit in an envelope (gift certificate, tickets etc.) include it with the procurement form

Procurement Ideas:
Sports: Signed memorabilia (clothing, balls, equipment) Packages that may include dinner out, then a sporting event One-on-one instruction with specific sport trainer (basketball – shooting; baseball – pitching; soccer – ball handling; etc.) Ball kid for a Seattle team – Sonics, Seahawks, Storm, Mariners, Huskies, Sounders Gift certificates for sports wear from team shops
Personal services:
Photography/family portrait sitting Chimney cleaning/gutter cleaning certificates Fresh flower bouquet every month for a year
Food/Dining:
Restaurant gift certificates Dinner out, with theater package – Dinner train, Teatro Cinzani, 5th Avenue, etc. Dinners every month for a year – this is a great one for 12 moms on our team to put together and deliver meals for a year to a lucky family! Host a dinner for 10-12 at your home – theme dinners are a hit! Deliver 3 dozen fresh-baked, home-made cookies every month for a year Deliver 1 home-made dessert every month for a year
Gift Baskets:
Movies and concessions to go with them Car maintenance/repair (for your new teenage driver!) care package
Clothing: - pants get a little tricky, so stick to shirts, blouses, sweaters, jackets
Jewelry: - do you know anyone who makes jewelry? Ask them to donate a few pieces! Have them make something with the RHS logo!!!
